Yes, We do. Please keep in mind that all products are handmade and take considerable amount of time to make a single item. So,please contact us in advance before placing any bulk order.

Return is acceptable on the following situations only:
1. You have received the item but It is not as the exact you have orders before.
2. The product has been damaged in shipping .
You must send it back within 48 hours after receiving and we need to get it back within 7 days starting from the day of successful delivery.
About Refund:
Please allow us 7 days to get the refund. Upon receiving the item in its original state we would endorse the refund instantly. Please remember that the shipping cost cant be refunded and it will be excluded from the total price of the product. For Example, the price of the item was $100 and shipping cost was $15,so you was charged at checkout a total of $115 and that is the total value of that item. So in the case of refund you will get $ 100 only excluding the shipping cost.
About Exchange:
You can exchange the items as well. The main condition is you should send the first item back in its its original state.
We currently offer International Express Shipping service. The item will reach its destination within 2 to 5 days. You will be notified by email with a tracking number immediately after shipment.
